Design 4 is currently looking for a Receptionist - Admin Assistant to join our team.

Ideally you will be an experienced with exceptional customer service skills, ensuring a high level of customer service is maintained at all times.

**Duties & responsibilities**
- Be the first point of contact
- Scheduling appointments for Ground Staff
- Data entry
- Assisting Ground and Office Staff
- Preparing and sending daily dairies

**Skills & Experience**
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent telephone voice and customer dialogue
- Professional presentation
- Excellent computer skills, experience in Illustrator and advantage
- Real Estate Experience an advantage

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
