**The opportunity**

As part of the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you will have the opportunity to kick
- start your professional career with one of Australia’s fastest-growing mining companies.

This 18 month program will challenge your thinking across the exploration and resource development function, offering immediate exposure to large-scale projects across multiple rotations throughout the business.

With continuous guidance from committed leaders, you will find yourself in an optimal position to develop a thriving career in the mining industry.
- 6 monthly rotations within Mining Operations, Exploration and Ore body knowledge
- Site based role - 8:6 roster
- Exposure to RC Drilling, Diamond Drilling, Program Management, Data Management, Geology Modelling, Mine Site Guidance, Health and Safety, Resource estimation and Grade Control
- Training in SURPAC, Mine Market, OrePro, Wenco, Micromine, INX and GIS

**Requirements for the role**

To be eligible for the 2025 Mineral Resources Graduate Program, you’ll need to:

- Graduated by the end of 2024 in a Bachelor of Science (Applied Geology or similar) or have graduated from a recognised University within the past 24 months;
- have availability to commence full-time employment at the end of February 2025;
- Must be based in WA or willing to relocate

**The process**
