About the role
Reporting to the General Counsel, this newly created role will be responsible for providing specialist administrative and governance support for internal governance groups within the Parliamentary Departments.

**Your key responsibilities include**:

- Leading the development and implementation of a Parliament wide system to record, monitor, communicate, and follow up actions arising from executive and management meetings, internal governance groups, and committees.
- Coordinating meeting agendas, attendances, minutes, actions, and committee papers, and preparing briefing notes, discussion papers, correspondence, and reports.
- Supporting the continuous development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of digitised governance processes and relevant information and records management systems.

About you
To be successful in this role, you will need highly developed interpersonal, communication, organisational, and teamwork skills.
Ideally, you will have previous experience providing high-level administrative support and governance coordination, including the ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
