**Overview**

Join our compassionate team as a Paramedical Aide, dedicated to providing high-quality home-based care that empowers clients to thrive in their chosen environment. Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver personalised support to frail, older clients (65+ or 50+ for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander individuals) to enhance their
- independence at home and in the community.
- Collaborate with clients, families, and caregivers to create tailored care plans that prioritise individual needs and choices.
- Ensure equitable access to services that are culturally appropriate and free from discrimination.
- Provide flexible, timely support, helping clients avoid costly aged care transitions.
