All Saints’ College is a coeducational year 7-12 Catholic School which is part of the Maitland Newcastle Diocese system of schools. With approximately 1400 students and 200 staff learning and working across 2 campuses, we are the largest school in our diocese and one of the largest Catholic Schools in the state. The Junior Campus caters for our year 7-10 students, and the Senior Campus caters for our senior students in years 11 and 12. Following the decision by the Diocese in 2021 the College will be transitioning to one campus in the next few years.

The ASC Welcome Centre Assistant reports directly to the Manager of ASC Welcome Centre and provides support to the Manager of the ASC Welcome Centre through supervising the administration team operating on the alternate campus site of ASC College.

This position supports the Manager of ASC Welcome in the oversight of outstanding customer service and administrative support to staff, students, visitors and other stakeholders.

**EXPERIENCE/CRITERIA**
- Demonstrated experience supervising teams and bringing people together to achieve successful outcomes.
- Experience in implementing and reviewing administrative systems.
- Experience working in a highly administrative role within a school environment for a minimum of 5 years.
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of interpersonal skills and a willingness to support the team to achieve the school's goals.
- Ability to build and maintain collaborative working relationships with others.
- Excellent organisational skills, ability to meet deadlines, manage daily tasks and work on future administrative requirements/initiatives, etc.
- High levels of attention to detail and value the importance of accuracy.
- Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
- Have a responsive and personable character; demonstrable capacity to work calmly under pressure and to manage varied demands each day.
- Ability to exercise sound judgement in all aspects of decision making
- Strong sense of accountability and ability to take ownership of tasks.
- Proficiency using Microsoft Office Programs and other relevant database programs.
- Experience working in Compass.
- Experience in Student enrolment & attendance procedures (Desirable)
- Willingness to liase with Transport NSW regarding the management of school bus issues and legislative requirements (Desirable)

**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Certificate III in Business Administration
- Current paid NSW Working with Children Check (WWCC) number
- First Aid Training (HLTAID 009, HLTAID010/HLTAID011)

**CONDITIONS OF EMPLOYMENT**

Salary is in accordance with New South Wales & Australian Capital Territory Catholic Systemic Schools Enterprise Agreement 2023.
