Permanent Mechanical Fitter

**Our client, a market leader in linen services, has an exciting opportunity for an experienced Maintenance Fitter to join the SA Maintenance Team based at Hindmarsh reporting to the Engineering Manager.**
This is a full-time permanent role with our client.

The role will have a focus on preventative maintenance, minimising downtime of plant and maximising production times.

**To be successful in this role, you should have the following skills, experience, and qualifications**
- Trade qualification - Mechanical Fitting
- Boiler ticket - intermediate - desirable
- B class electrical licence - desirable
- High risk fork lift - desirable
- Full drivers' licence - essential
- Full working rights in Australia and Australian qualifications
- Experience in FMCG environment with good understanding of manufacturing processes
- Experience in hydraulics and pneumatics
- Excellent fault-finding abilities
- Flexibility and the ability to adapt in high pressure situations
