About the Role
WorkPac is seeking experienced Boilermakers to join our client's team in Mt Thorley. As a Boilermaker, you will play a crucial role in the fabrication, assembly, and repair of heavy equipment and machinery used in mining operations. This is an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and contribute to projects that are vital to the mining industry.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:
Fabricate, assemble, and repair structural steel components and machinery parts according to engineering drawings and specifications.

Perform welding, cutting, and shaping of metal using various tools and equipment.

Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.

Collaborate with engineers, supervisors, and other team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.

Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.

**Skills & Experience Required**:
Trade qualification as a Boilermaker or equivalent.

Proven experience as a Boilermaker in a heavy industrial environment, preferably within the mining or construction sector.

Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, and Stick welding.

Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Current driver's licence and reliable transportation.
