Operator (Pra10)

**About the role**:
You will be part of a large safety focused team of Operators in our successful branch in Eagle Farm. Our supportive leadership team will set you up for success, training will be provided to help you become an exceptional Operator.
Gain exposure and experience in steel processing, pre-fabrication and distribution.

**Several roles available for day and afternoon shift.**

Your key duties:

- Operating bending and cutting machinery for bar, steel and mesh products
- Managed Forklifts and Gantry Cranes licence and perform general loading and unloading tasks
- Championing safety procedures to the highest standard
- Involvement in process improvement initiatives

**About your experience**:
You are someone who values teamwork, safety and continuous improvement and has a strong desire to succeed.
- Experienced Operator or someone willing to learn
- Manufacturing or construction industry experience ideal
- Ideally a Forklift and Gantry crane licence
- A continuous learning and can-do mindset
- Keen to join a collaborative and high-performing team
