**Position Description**:
**Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive transition plan that ensures a smooth migration to new technologies and minimizes disruption to our business operations.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders, including senior leaders, project sponsors, technical teams, and vendor partners, to ensure alignment, and buy-in throughout the transition process.
- Manage a team of project managers, engineers, and other professionals who will be responsible for executing the transition plan.
- Establish and manage program governance, including developing policies, procedures, and standards for program management, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration among all stakeholders, including regular status updates, progress reports, and issue resolution.
- Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transition program, and develop contingency plans to address potential issues.
- Monitor and control program expenses, ensuring that they are within budget and aligned with the company's financial objectives.
- Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure program success and identify opportunities for improvement.
- Provide thought leadership and expertise in IT transition management, identifying best practices and innovative approaches to drive continuous improvement.

**Mandatory Skills**:

- At least 10 years of experience in IT transition management, preferably in a large, complex environment.
- Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale transition programs, ideally with a value of $50 million or greater.
- Excellent leadership and management skills, with experience in managing cross-functional teams and multiple stakeholders.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience in program governance, risk management, and quality assurance.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop creative solutions.
