**MAIN DUTIES/ RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Read and analyze blueprints and plans to fabricate products and determine product tolerance and dimensions.
- Assemble and fit parts to ensure accuracy of finished product.
- Monitor fabrication process carefully and make adjustments where necessary.
- Select and use appropriate machines, tools, and materials to be used.
- Prepare and set up machines and equipment needed or the day.
- Operate all basic machine tools.
- Adhere to workplace health and safety regulations and other safety protocols.
- Test, measure, and examine completed units to detect defects and ensure accuracy to specification requirements by using precision instruments.
- Diagnose any faults and repair/maintain machines.
- Maintain all equipment and machines, fasten workpieces, and clean and lubricate machines and tools.

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**

Qualifications: At least Certificate III qualification

Experience: At least two years relevant experience

Skills: Must good communication and presentation skills

Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Have good attention to detail.

**Salary**: $70,000

**Salary**: $70,000.00 per year
