Nido Early School **Secret Harbour** is seeking educators who are ready to take the next step in their career to a Lead Educator role.

We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia philosophy and are passionate about delivering contemporary educational practices for our children, educators, and families. You will collaboratively lead a small team, delivering curriculums and environments that enriches the child’s holistic self.

**ABOUT YOU**:

- Available a minimum of 4 days a week

- Contribute to exceeding outcomes for children and Educators
- Be a kind and supportive leader to all colleagues

**SKILLS & EXPERIENCE**:

- Diploma in Early Childhood or working towards a Diploma (certificate III applicants will not be considered)
- A valid Working with Children Check or willing to obtain
- Current First Aid Certificate or willing to obtain
- Experience in leading a room highly regarded
