**About the role**

The Cleaners - Kitchen level 2 assists in the provision of a high quality food & beverage service by undertaking responsibility and duties additional to the level 1 tasks in specific areas of the service including the cleaning of large scale cooking equipment such as ovens/cooking vessels (kettles), washing dishes, cleaning cool rooms, cleaning, sanitising production kitchen areas and rubbish and recyclable removal from kitchen to compactor.

**Essential Requirements**:

- Current National Police Clearance (NPC)
- Immunisation screening as indicated in the role description. SA Health Services are required to implement the Addressing vaccine preventable disease: Occupational assessment, screening and vaccination policy in the workplace.
