Due to recent re-shuffling of the office, the scheduling team requires an administrator who co-ordinates field staff visits for Western suburb clientele. Your calm, fun and dedicated nature will fit in perfectly with this easy-going, professional and supportive team.
- The responsibilities of this role are essentially:
- Coordination of client visits (Phone & Digital)
- Data entry of visit information
- Assistance with customer service plans

The right person will be warm, patient & able to establish rapport quickly with the large number of mobile operational staff. The ability to multi-task and successfully schedule in a timely manner will be highly regarded. Intermediate computer literacy is required (MS Office), as well as a solid background in administration.
- The length of the role is 6 months plus (with a view to permanency). The hours of work are preferably earlier: 6.00-9.00am starts, 7.5 hour shifts, Monday to Friday. Parking is available on-site.
