We are proudly partnering with a growing NDIS / home support services provider who are looking for an Administrator to join their team. This role can offer outstanding flexibility with 4 days working from home, and 1 day in their office near Oakleigh.
Are you someone who genuinely loves being involved in different parts of a business? Here's your opportunity to shine
Your day to day will be filled with a variety of tasks including:
- Reception (performed remotely) and taking bookings for NDIS / home care services.
- General administration, processing payments and back-end systems work
- Providing support workers with details about their shifts and "rostering" them to cover work.
- Occasionally assisting with some parts of the recruitment of home care support workers
- Scope to build more in depending on experience levels.
As your experience grows, you will have the opportunity to further develop your skills too, as there are lots of moving pieces in a NDIS / home care service that you can be involved in
We would love to hear from you if you:
- Have previous reception and admin experience in either an allied health, NDIS or home / disability care service provider.
- Have fantastic systems, admin and people skills
- Will be able to learn new systems and processes quickly
- Are very well organised, proactive and cna manage your time well
Starting salary is around $60k - $70k + super, negotiable based on what you can bring to the role.
