**About the job**.

Zoom Recruitment is excited to be working with one of the largest glass bottle manufacturers in the southern hemisphere and as such our client is in need of exceptional General Hands to join them on a full-time basis.

The General Hand is responsible for the daily housekeeping of the facility, bin recycling and waste management using Forklifts and ride on buggies.

Located in the outer Northern Suburbs this role is offering stable, long term, fulltime employment with further career progression opportunities. The successful applicant will be required to hold a current High Risk Forklift License, obtain a national police clearance, and successfully pass a full medical including drug & alcohol screen.

Monday to Friday

6.30am - 2.36pm

Annual leave = 4 weeks

**Duties & Responsibilities can include**:

- Basement watch
- Emptying bins and recycling
- Sweeper operation
- General cleaning
- Clean under conveyors and inspection machines
- Forklift operation
- Unload & load trucks
- Undertake manual handling duties as required.
- Other duties as directed.
- Attend safety meetings.
