**The Principal Analyst key responsibilities are**:

- Engage relevant business areas to provide input, advice and guidance on the development of products for the OPR project and provide feedback to senior managers. Provide high quality analysis of the department's child protection performance for the development of compiled presentation summaries for use by senior management in the respective regional OPRs. Develop and maintain effective governance arrangements and linkages between stakeholders to achieve high level program outcomes and evaluation objectives for OPRs. Represent the branch on committees and working parties to inform decisionmaking in the development and implementation of OPR products. Provide high level advice on the design and implementation of performance reporting frameworks, business intelligence reports and dashboard analytics to support performance monitoring across the child protection system and meet agency reporting requirements. Provide high quality analytical based business advice and assist in developing and scoping business models and predictive planning (i.e. program logic models, baseline data and methodology, budgets and timelines) in a timely manner. Provide high level advice using advanced oral and written communication on issues affecting the child protection system for internal stakeholders, and to inform strategic direction and policy implications.
