This position would suit a store manager who's keen to join an awesome group and work closely with head office's creative marketing team (located in the same premises) to roll out the most exciting products in the industry. **Roles & Responsibilities**
- Responsible for the overall management and upkeep of the store.
- Report key metrics to management on a weekly basis
- Champion excellence in customer service with your team
- Visual merchandising
- Producing monthly rosters within reasonable budgets
- Be responsible for loss prevention and stock shrinkage
- Empower retail team whilst driving and exceeding store KPI’s
- Utilise management tools to organise staff / complete store tasks
- Ad Hoc Tasks as directed

**Required Skills/Experience**
- Retail Store Management Experience (2 years minimum required)
- Be customer and team focused
- Stock management experience
- Great communicator both verbally and written
- Work autonomously and within a team
- Good team leader
- Proven growth in KPI’s and Sales
- Experience with rosters and wage budgets
