**Description**:
The Product Manager - Minerals and Renewable Energy leads the cross functional Everledger team to deliver experiences that solve a real world problem for our clients, generating business and operational value to Everledger and our customers in the Minerals and Renewable Energy industries. You are a strategic, commercial product manager with the ability to define solutions that go beyond the needs of the last customer you spoke with and can define and prioritise solutions that solve problems for a broad market segment. We’re looking for someone who has a real passion for supporting customers in the key industries that underpin the global transition to clean energy as they work across their supply chains to increase transparency, ESG practices and outcomes.

What you will work on

As the Product Manager for Minerals and Renewable Energy, you will help define and drive the strategy and roadmap for this set of growing yet critical industries - helping us further our goal in this area to support a transparent and sustainable approach to the energy transition for our customers as they work across their supply chains.

This role will directly be responsible for the profitable growth and adoption of the Everledger platform across the broad industries of Minerals and Renewable Energy. You’ll ensure close alignment between our product and service offerings for these industries and our key strategic direction across all industries we work in. You will do this by ensuring you develop and champion a view of the current and desired end-to-end user experience across key user segments within these industries; and working collaboratively with your colleagues in our product management team to align our capability and capacity with market expectations.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with other members of the product management team, Engineering, Strategic Partnerships, Sales and other internal and external stakeholders. Learning from and discussions with our potential partners and customers will be an essential part of the role.
- Develop the product vision, strategy and roadmap for our Minerals and Renewable Energy industry; communicating both the business value and technical rationale behind your recommendations.
- Understand the needs of our customer base including their product lifecycle needs to develop a strategy, partner with, and maximize the benefits of our platform for their businesses
- Work collaboratively to develop our external proposition, including pricing, positioning and training materials and programs to enable our Customers and internal Sales and Customer Success, Product and Technical teams to understand our solutions in these industries
- Work alongside a passionate, cross-functional team of engineers, marketers and designers to execute the roadmap and deliver an amazing experience to our users
- Partner closely with other product leaders and cross functional internal stakeholders to drive joint planning, execution, and success.

**Requirements**:
5+ years in a Product role, at least 2 at a Product Management level, delivering technical products to enterprises or similarly complex customers. Experience in SaaS and enterprise systems with an ability to translate the complex to the simple.

You are just as comfortable speaking with engineers as you are in speaking with end-users or participating in calls with senior leaders in our customers. Everledger is looking for an experienced product manager with strong commercial acumen and experience leading and growing a product offering and driving its penetration into market. You thus have demonstrated experience in product strategy, positioning and pricing / commercialisation.

You have demonstrated experience working independently, within a complex and sometimes ambiguous environment, to achieve clear product and business outcomes.
- Demonstrated experience in establishing product plans and roadmaps based on prioritisation of opportunities, deep understanding of customer needs, and the organisation’s ability to execute
- Demonstrated experience developing pricing and commercial modelling
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience working on product teams with competing priorities and aggressive timelines.
- Comfortable in front of customers and curious about their pain points.
- Proven ability to understand complex business and technical concepts and to be able to make good judgment when faced with trade-offs.

**Desirable**:
Experience / background in the key focus industry of Minerals and/or Renewable Energy - e.g. Mining and Minerals processing, manufacturing, energy generation/ pricing; or infrastructure
