**ABOUT THE ROLE**

We are currently looking for Retail Supervisors (casual) to join our network of 11 second-hand lifestyle stores across the Northern Beaches. This is a great opportunity for an aspiring retail leader to grow their leadership career in a supportive and for-purpose environment.

The duties of the Retail Supervisor include, but are not limited to:

- Building and managing respectful donor and customer relationships with the local community
- Sorting and pricing donated goods in accordance with organisational guidelines
- Implementing of sales management strategies to manage inventory flow through the store
- Merchandising to optimise store traffic and sales
- Developing and implementing local marketing strategies
- Supporting marketing and fundraising efforts within the store and other Lifeline services and events
- Monitoring and reporting any problems or repairs required as soon as identified
- Monitoring and reporting all WHS issues/concerns on a monthly basis, ensuring compliance with Work, Health and Safety guidelines
- Ensuring adherence to LLNB brand guidelines, policies and procedures at all times internally and externally (of retail outlet)
- Developing rosters in collaboration with the Store Manager and with the support of the Retail Operations Manager
- Working with LLNB Head Office in the recruitment, onboarding and induction of new staff members and volunteers and ensuring their continuous training and development
- Other duties as directed by the Retail Operations Manager.

**ABOUT YOU**
- QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE_

The ideal Casual Retail Supervisor will have:

- Minimum of two (2) years relevant experience in Retail or similar industry
- Proven track record in sales, customer service and managing budgets
- Strong merchandise and stock management experience
- Demonstrated experience in managing staff and volunteers and the development of rosters.

**Job Type**: Casual

**Salary**: $25.00 - $44.94 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 23 per week
