Join a thriving women's fashion retailer located in their NEW Outlet Store, as their next dedicated Store Manager. This business is committed to providing stylish and quality clothing options for women whilst offering exceptional customer service to all.

**_ Key Responsibilities in the Role:_**_ _

As the Store Manager, you will play a vital role in the success of this store. Your key responsibilities will include:
1. Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a passionate team to deliver exceptional customer service, while fostering a collaborative and positive work environment.
2. Visual Merchandising: Create captivating in-store displays and layouts to showcase latest fashion collections, ensuring an inviting shopping atmosphere.
3. Styling and Customer Engagement: Utilize your fashion expertise to style customers, offer personalised fashion advice and build strong customer relationships.
4. Inventory Management: Manage stock levels efficiently and ensure the store and back room is organised.
5. Store Operations: Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff scheduling, budget management, and reporting.
6. Local Market Knowledge: Leverage your knowledge of the Altona area to tailor the store's service style and visual merchandising to local preferences.

I**deal Skills & Prior Experience**:

- Previous experience in a retail leadership role, with a passion for women's fashion.
- Exceptional styling skills and a genuine love for helping customers look and feel their best.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage customers and lead a team effectively.
- Inventory management and operational expertise.
- Knowledge of the Altona area and its fashion preferences is a definite asset.
