**Our Client**
Our client is a fast growing ASX-listed company operating and invested in well established and consistently performing Australian businesses. At this busy time they are looking for a temporary Payroll Specialist to cover leave for around 7-8 weeks beginning mid September.
**About the Role**
You will be a Payroll professional who prides yourself on delivering exceptional service in a timely and efficient manner. You will have the ability to process payroll from end to end and you don’t mind being hands on in your approach. Liaising with all levels of staff and management, you will be reliable & dependable.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Performing the accurate payroll for approx. 200 employees on a weekly basis;
- Responsible for Superannuation, PAYG Withholding Tax, Single Touch Payroll and payroll deduction payments;
- Maintaining employee records and updating all data related to the payroll function;
- Ensuring compliance with legislation and awards; and
- Ensuring the payroll system is maintained and reviewed.
**About You**
You will have at least 2+years experience in a payroll position for a medium sized business, experience using Micropay or a similar system, good Excel skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of staff.
