Elicos Teacher

- Are focused on quality delivery of the ELICOS courses, love working with students from a range of backgrounds and with varying skill levels, to achieve their personal and work goals whilst developing and implementing an educational and career plan.
- The role of the English teacher as a professional educator is to help, construct, guide and enhance the educative process. The teacher will deliver educational programs and facilitates learning, enabling students to achieve their desired outcomes.
- Able to prepare their own lesson plan in line with provided Syllabus

**Key Requirements**:
1- The ELICOS Standards 2018 set out that ELICOS teachers must:

- have a degree or diploma of at least three years full-time or equivalent (teaching or other)
- have a suitable TESOL qualification or qualification that contains TESOL as a method
- have appropriate TESOL teaching experience or be formally mentored by a senior staff member with this experience.

2. Demonstrated ability to design and implement programs of training and assessment for adults in more than one delivery context.
3. High level written and oral communication skills in English
4. Demonstrated ability to contribute to a team environment.
5. Commitment and ability to facilitate learning in an adult environment
6. Passionate about teaching and dedicated to student outcomes
7. Energetic and enthusiastic

**Job Types**: Part-time, Fixed term, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: From $40.30 per hour
