What you’ll do

We are seeking Laboratory Technician for our Power Plant located in Liverpool, NSW. You Will be working as part of the R&D Laboratory, where you will conduct destructive and non-destructive tests on cables. You will report to the Lab Manager, and your duties will include:

- Testing new materials to Australian Standards
- Product release and batch testing
- Tabulation and collation of results
- Calibration of instruments
- Writing and reviewing internal test procedures

We're looking for a driven individual who possess some if not all of the following;
- Strong safety awareness and understanding of policies and procedures
- Previous product testing experience (QA or QC)
- Good communication and literacy skills
- High attention to detail and ability to make sound quality decisions
- Basic Mathematics
- Basic PC skills
- Ability to work unsupervised
