**Job Opportunity**: Warehouse Supervisor
Are you an experienced Warehouse Supervisor seeking an exciting new opportunity? We have the perfect position for you Our company is looking for a skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Warehouse Supervisor. If you have 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, a proven track record of managing a 1000 sq meter warehouse of freight forward and international dispatch, and 3PL experience, we want to hear from you

**Responsibilities**:
Supervise daily warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency and productivity.
Lead and manage a team of 8 staff members, fostering a positive and cohesive work environment.
Utilize your exceptional administrative skills, particularly in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel, to maintain accurate records, reports, and inventory management.
Demonstrate strong team leadership and delegation skills, effectively assigning tasks and responsibilities.
Pay meticulous attention to detail, ensuring that all warehouse operations and processes meet high-quality standards.
Utilize your problem-solving abilities and solutions-based mindset to address any issues that may arise.
Utilize WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Pronto software to streamline operations and maximize efficiency.
Possess a dangerous goods certificate and forklift license, using your expertise to handle and manage hazardous materials safely.
Embrace technology, with a tech-savvy approach to warehouse management.
Conduct toolbox talks and ensure a strong safety mindset among the team.
Oversee inbound and outbound logistics, ensuring smooth coordination and timely dispatch.

**Requirements**:
Minimum 5 years of experience in warehouse supervision, with a successful track record of managing a 1000 sq meter warehouse of freight forward and international dispatch.
Strong background in 3PL operations and logistics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel, for accurate record-keeping and reporting.
Excellent team leadership and supervision skills, with experience managing a team of at least 8 staff members.
Highly detail-oriented, with a focus on maintaining accuracy and precision in all warehouse processes.
Strong organizational and time-management skills, ensuring efficient workflow and task prioritization.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with a well-spoken and articulate manner.
Experience using WMS (Warehouse Management System) and Pronto software.
Possession of a dangerous goods certificate and forklift license, along with relevant experience.
A safety-conscious mindset, prioritizing the well-being of the team and adhering to safety protocols.
An educational background in a related field is preferred.
