As the Audit Manager, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating audit activities while leading a team of junior and intermediate staff. This role involves devising audit strategies, evaluating financial statements, and ensuring adherence to regulatory standards. - Mentor and guide junior and intermediate staff, fostering their professional development.
- Collaborate with clients to gain insights into their financial needs and provide expert advice.
- Maintain open and clear communication with internal teams to ensure streamlined audit processes.
- Analyse audit results and offer actionable recommendations to enhance financial systems.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform audit strategies.

**Job Requirements**:

- Current residence in Melbourne
- 4-7 years of relevant experience in audit, including team management responsibilities.
- CA qualification.
- Strong technical skills in auditing and financial analysis.
- Excellent communication skills for effective team collaboration and client interactions.
- Demonstrated track record of adhering to industry regulations and standards.
- Proficiency in financial software and tools used for auditing purposes.
