**Join our team and help us provide exceptional care to the elderly while advancing the field of geriatric medicine.**

Geriatric Medicine Clinics within the _Southern Adelaide Local Health Network_ (SALHN) provide progressive, integrated rehabilitation and aged care services specifically developed for older people. Our services are provided by health professionals from different disciplines with the goal of improving a person's ability to function in their everyday lives.

**About the Role**:

- Coordinate follow-up care for patients and ensure comprehensive clinical records are maintained.
- Ensure a safe and healthy work environment, free from discrimination, for all employees.
- Invest in personal and professional development through continuous learning and participation in conferences and growth programs.
- Provide support, direction, and training to junior trainee medical officers and medical students.
- Contribute to the academic life of the Geriatric Medical Unit by conducting research and participating in research discussions.

To be **successful** in this role, you will have:

- Proven clinical experience in the field of geriatric medicine.
- Commitment to ongoing professional development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A track record of academic and research contributions is desirable.
