**DESCRIPTION OF BUSINESS**:
NeoBuildGroup comprises several companies active in the field of constructionand related fields such as engineering, design, development and property investments. We are capable of performing architectural designsand engineering, executing the projectsto completion and handover, then responsibly respond to maintenance calls without seeking external assistance outside of the group. Our construction projects range from custom-made high quality residential construction, to commercial buildings such as medical centres. We have presence in and outside of Australia in surrounding countries.

At present we need **Internal Auditor **to perform the following tasks:
**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**:
1. Preparing and implementing auditing methods and procedures - financial and operations

2. Preparing audit plans, audit charters, and internal staff auditing

3. Preparing the company’s key statistics and overview

4. Reviewing and evaluating internal operational processes, activities, and policies

5. Evaluating the company's compliance program - operations and management

6. Preparing and implementing the company’s operational methods and process

7. Conducting yearly internal audits and submitting reports to management

8. Reviewing and examining the accounts and financial records,

9. Checking and analysing the spreadsheet data

10. Advising on risk aversion measures and cost savings

11. Evaluating information security and risk exposures

12. Monitoring and examining business transactions (money incoming and outgoing) of the business

13. Checking records and ensuring accuracy of the transactions (incomings and outgoings)

14. Financial risk management and implementing debt management strategies

15. Developing and implementing cost control strategies

16. Reporting on risk management issues

17. Performing an analysis of how the company will perform in the case of business interruption

18. Providing continued education and advice to different business units and teams regarding compliance and risk assessment

19. Undertaking review of wages

20. Communicating with a variety of stakeholders

21. Ensuring that assets are safeguarded

22. Preparing Reports and Financial Statements

23. Ensuring procedures, policies, laws & regulations are correctly followed and complied with

**Salary**: $70,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:

- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Richlands, QLD 4077: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
