An opportunity is now available to join the dynamic team in the Nepean Roster Office. This role is an Administration role and is available in either a Permanent Full time or Part time role.

This role will see you Record and update changes on the computerised roster system Health Roster in a timely manner, Inform Nurse Unit Managers if staff numbers or changes on the roster do not appear to be correct, Call in "Casual" Staff, book and confirm shifts as requested by the Nurse Unit Manager through the approval by Nurse Managers for the specific Network and Maintain and update Casual Staff Rosters.- This is a role that will need you to be organised and to be able to have the ability to prioritise your workload when needed. You will need to provide excellent customer service and communication skills.**Benefits available to eligible NBMLHD employees**

- Excellent customer service focus
- Demonstrated communication skills incorporating the abilities of courtesy diplomacy and confidentiality
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise a demanding workload with proven problem solving skills
- Experience with the Health Roster system or equivalent experience with rostering within a large complex organisation
- Good time management and organisation skills
- Demonstrated computer literacy, accuracy and conciseness in documentation
- Understanding and ability to negotiate to achieve positive outcomes
