**Your New Role**:
As the IT Coordinator, you will be a trusted pair of hands to manage onboardings, offboarding's, and asset management of all Better Rehab ICT devices. You’ll also be responsible for managing, installing, troubleshooting existing ICT systems within Better Rehab, including but not limited to Computer and Mobile hardware, Microsoft Office 365, Networks, Printers etc. As an exceptional IT professional, you will work with other IT staff, operation, and clinical staff to ensure our IT systems run smoothly.

At Better Rehab, no two days are the same, though a typical day may involve:

- Setting up, managing and offboarding user accounts and devices on ICT systems working closely with the Talent team, HR and other staff
- Ensuring company ICT assets are accounted for, deployed, maintained, upgraded, shipped, and disposed of as per the IT Asset Management policy
- Managing system administration tasks on our ICT system, including Microsoft O365, Salesforce and other ICT systems
- Installing, configuring, and troubleshooting ICT equipment, including but not limited to computers, phones, routers, and network switches
- Testing and working on ad-hoc projects on existing or new technologies

**What we are Looking For**:

- Familiar with Microsoft products including Windows 10, Microsoft O365.
- Knowledge working with Microsoft Endpoint Manager, Azure AD, Microsoft Exchange is highly desirable.
- Have prior experience in installing, configuring, and troubleshooting computer networks/drivers and operating systems.
- Demonstrated ability to learn rapidly to gain experience in installation, implementation, administration, and support of new technologies
- Commitment to customer satisfaction
- You will be self-directed, have excellent time management skills and ability to priorities competing commitments
- Current drivers’ licence and willingness to travel across different office within NSW
- Open to occasional shifts (only Australian time-zones) based on team roster
- Tertiary qualifications in information technology or computer science is highly desirable
- Working with Children Check and National Police Check
