We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and motivated person to join our team as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and COO. This permanent full-time position is located at the Tuggerah Business Park, where you will have the opportunity to work amongst a team of supportive colleagues.

- Job Description

**The Role**:
Reporting to the Human Resources Director, you will be responsible for providing high-quality executive and administrative support services to the CEO and COO, allowing these roles to focus on optimising their time and energy on strategic matters.

Duties will include but not be limited to:

- Manage the diaries and communication of the CEO and COO.
- Assist with the preparation of papers, reports, and presentations as required.
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO and COO.
- Provide a bridge for smooth communication between the CEO and members of the SLT.
- Coordinate meetings/calls with key external stakeholders.
- Prepare agendas, take minutes and follow up on actions from calls/meetings.
- Assist with projects and operational tasks.
- Work closely and effectively with the CEO and COO to keep them well-informed of upcoming commitments, deadlines, and responsibilities.
- Assist with the coordination of MTA-related events and CEO communications.
- Provide backup support to the HR & RTW Coordinator.
- Desired Skills and Experience

**You**:
To secure an interview for this great local opportunity, it is desirable to meet the following:

- At least 3 years experience as an EA or high-level administrator
- Tech savvy with advanced Microsoft Office skills (specifically using Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams, and SharePoint)
- Strong analytical, systems, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Proactive and able to work autonomously
- Demonstrate reliability, confidentiality, and professionalism
