**Role overview**

As a Lead Consultant, you will work with clients to analyse their supply chain requirements. Prepare and facilitate workshops. Conduct process mapping and re
- design through to process improvement, including system enhancements and implementations, across a wide range of planning and other supply chain disciplines. You will support or lead the delivery of selected planning work streams within our consulting assignments for the Company’s clients.

**Role responsibilities**
- Develop, deploy & enhance Demand Planning, Inventory Optimisation & Replenishment Planning processes & systems
- Design (incl. gap analysis) & implement S&OP processes & initiative
- Lead & manage small to medium size projects
- Lead change management initiatives
- Lead, develop & mentor team members within the organisation
- Coach clients (mid-management down)
- Deliver customer proposals and presentations.

**This role can be based out of Sydney or Melbourne.**

**About you**

To be successful in this role will be highly analytical, focused, and goal orientated.
- Operational experience, ideally 5 years+ with a recognisable international organisation
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Supply Chain, or a related relevant field
- Deep understanding of Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Optimisation & Replenishment Planning processes and systems
- Experience with designing & developing S&OP/IBP processes
- Understanding of deployment of Advanced Planning Systems (from either a solutions aspect or a business management aspect)
- Ability to lead projects, set realistic deadlines and persuade others to complete work, on time.
- Excellent communication skills, able to communicate to all levels of stakeholder.
