This is not your typical recruitment or talent acquisition role

We are working with a well-known sports brand who have been part of the global game for over 4 decades, while its Australian operations have been part of the landscape for over 3 decades. This organisations Australian operations is set to continue its growth over the next 12 months, and to drive this growth they have added a brand new Talent Partner role to their mighty People and Culture team.

Reporting to and working closely with the Head of People and Culture, this role will give you the gateway to get out of transactional recruitment, and focus your talents on building an engaged workforce who will align with the organisations ethos that is centred around physical and mental wellbeing, through creative talent attracting and sourcing strategies. You will build valuable and meaningful relationships with key hiring managers who look after portfolios across office and front line teams, partnering with them to achieve a common goal: building a workforce of employees, and talent pools of potential employees, who are the very best at what they do. All of the above will contribute to the part you play in promoting the organisations ever-evolving EVP, and you will love being the face of Talent as you become involved in important recruitment activities in Sydney, Melbourne and Brisbane.

While having several years of experience in a specialist talent attraction and recruitment role is fantastic, what will really set you apart will be your eagerness to immerse yourself into this organisation, its culture and its values so that you are truly believing in what you are representing. You will want to be a main character in this organisations story of how they built a fantastic workforce for the present and future.

This role is due to start in early to late January 2023, so you will be ready to move into a role that will elevate your Talent Acquisition career asap
