**BLC QLD PTY LTD **specialises in high-quality maintenance, delivering dedicated client relations on commercial landscape projects, with a key focus on safety and environmentally responsible practices.
Reporting to the Maintenance Manager working as part of a dynamic team, you will be responsible for a variety of maintenance tasks.
Skills and experiences.
- Highly desire a minimum of a few years of experience on-site, and express a good knowledge in commercial maintenance and horticulture.
- A drivers licence, vehicle, and white card is a must,
- Understanding of soft landscaping: planting, turfing, mulching and soil preparation.
- Familiar with Work Health & Safety on commercial sites and contributing to no harm policy.
- Experience using zero turn mower (desired but not essential)
- MR drivers licence (desired but not essential)
Duties and Responsibilities.
- Lawn: Mow, edge and fertilising programs
- Garden bed: Weed, mulch, hedging shrubs and small trees.
- Remove dead, damaged or unwanted trees and plants.
- Plant tube stock, plants and trees.
- Co-ordinate watering via water truck or hand watering.
