- We’re looking for a Workforce Coordinator to manage the direct care workforce with a keen view to maximising client wellbeing in the home, and the overall client experience of employees and clients. The Workforce Coordinator provides consistent, efficient, accurate and timely scheduling of direct care services to all Benetas clients and the regional teams through the effective management of the direct care workforce.

**A typical day will have you**:

- Efficient and accurate rostering of staff within their available hours and regions
- Coordinate scheduling of direct care services to clients with staff rosters
- Forward thinking and planning to maintain and prioritise appropriate direct care for clients
- Approve and submit time sheets of support workers
- Approval of travel milage claimed by staff, (completed through rostering system)
- Assist with on-boarding of support workers
- Organise scheduled time for new staff system training and buddy shifts
- Ensure staff are supported in their role

**We’re looking for someone with**:

- Attention to detail is a must when providing consistent, efficient and accurate scheduling
- Experience in rostering/ Scheduling
- High level of computer literacy, preferred
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience liaising with people from diverse backgrounds and positions
- Ability to prioritise, problem solve and use initiative
- Ability to manage a remote workforce, experience preferred
- Relevant experience in a similar role (scheduling in an aged care setting or community health setting) would be an advantage
