Acting as the first point of contact for both an Onshore and Offshore Operations team, you will directly support the policy life cycle of a market-leading insurer in an over-sight capacity, including identifying improvement areas, managing process change, policy and system enquires. The role also incorporates an integral data and reporting landscape directly supporting the leadership group.

**The role**:

- Work with the Offshore and Onshore Underwriting Delivery teams, supporting with any queries and process / system changes required
- Work with Operations and Leadership team highlighting process and training needs and improvements
- Complete and maintain monthly and quarterly reporting
- Analyse and report on data relating to process change / improvements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Attend regular operations calls, providing updates and insights on quality feedback
- Lead and support Operations projects
- Act as the liaison between key business, technology and support teams, being the representative for Operations

**Experience needed**:

- Previous insurance experience, especially Underwriting desirable
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Advanced use of MS Office - Word, Excel & PowerPoint
- Ability to identify and implement process improvements
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to analyse and report on data
- Effective teamwork experience
- Resilience and ability to work in a changing environment
- High level of attention to detail
