Business Traineeship

**About the role**:
Based at our Glendenning Head Office, this role will be responsible for performing all tasks associated with reception and supporting the HR team. The suitable applicant will need to be available to work Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm.

The successful applicant will demonstrate a lead by example mentality, display natural confidence, have well-developed decision-making skills and strive to exceed expectation. You must be able to work autonomously whilst remembering that you are part of a national team.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Partner with the business to provide operational HR Support
- Recruitment and onboarding
- Participate and contribute to various HR projects and initiatives
- Maintain internal HR systems and processes
- Assisting with customer enquiries and complaints
- Mail Collection and distribution
- Reconciling credit card statements
- Raising purchase orders and filing
- Assisting with Company Fleet management including vehicle registration, toll notices
- Maintaining office supplies
- ADHOC administration tasks

**To be considered**:

- Current driver’s license
- Typing speed of 40 words per minute
- Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
- Be a quick and confident learner
- Have outstanding interpersonal skills and able to communicate with all stakeholders
