**The Opportunity**:
As a Regional Manager at Explorers, you’ll oversee a portfolio of our services in the vibrant eastern suburbs of Melbourne, an area of exciting growth for Explorers Your responsibilities will be pivotal in creating a supportive and high-performing culture, maintaining exceeding standards across services.

In your capacity as Regional Manager, you will:

- Provide direction, coaching and support to the Centre Leadership teams in your region, ensuring the delivery of the highest quality care and education.
- Ensure financial success of Centres by maintaining high occupancy and retention rates.
- Manage cost control objectives, including budget control and wage management.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and uphold company values.
- Promote a positive workplace culture fostering teamwork, mutual respect, and longevity.
- Ensure the appropriate implementation of our Reggio Emilia-inspired curriculum.
- Champion child safety and positive learning outcomes for every child.

**You will have**:

- Minimum Diploma level Early Childhood Education Qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Centre Leadership role
- Demonstrated proficiency in budget management, cost control, and managing compliance / mandatory documentation
- A sound understanding of the Reggio Emilia approach to early childhood education
- Strong understanding of the EYLF and NQS
- First Aid Training
- Asthma and Anaphylaxis Training
- Valid Working with Children Check (Employee) and Mandatory Reporting
- Australian working rights - Visa/Passport
