The Project Manager leads projects from concept development through to implementation and closure. Throughout the project lifecycle, the Project Manager will manage the project budget/s, project progress against schedule, ensure quality output/s, maintain project deliverables, as well as report on progress and manage risks and issues as they arise. The Project Manager will effectively manage assigned resources, as well as the procurement and tracking of ordered products and/or third-party services necessary to complete projects.

The Project Manager will be a key and active participant of the Academic Excellence and Innovation Business Group and provides expertise to the Chief of Academic Excellence and Innovation, as well as Chisholm Online team. The Project Manager has the interpersonal skills to effectively build and maintain relationships with all business areas while proactively prioritising initiatives.

**ABOUT YOU**

You will have qualifications, skills, and experience in:

- Relevant tertiary qualification/s or significant relevant experience and/ or leadership.
- Prior Experience working within the vocational education sector.
- Expert experience leading a range of complex projects or workstreams within a large-scale project.
- Experience in utilising a range of project management methodologies and tools.
- Experience in policy development and implementation.
- Ability to lead, influence and motivate others to achieve project outcomes.
- Effective communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills, including proven experience in gaining support from internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to work expertly under pressure.
- Demonstrated skills in stakeholder management including coordination of communications, change management and consultation with a variety of stakeholders.
- Ability to develop strategies, messaging and content for diverse audiences and channels.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Analytical capability, strong organisational skills and a high level of attention to detail.
- A self-starter with the ability to work with mínimal guidance and supervision.
