As a **Procurement Analyst,** you will be responsible for supporting the Procurement Manager in delivering commercial value to the business through effective execution of category sourcing strategies, management of supplier relationships and negotiation of contracts.

***In this role you will be responsible for**:

- Support the development of direct spend category strategies through spend and market profiling.
- Support execution of go to market strategies including tenders, planning, co-ordinate vendor engagements, and vendor submissions evaluation.
- Support Merchandise team to develop category strategies, support planning, tracking and finance sign off on achieving commercial initiatives.
- Support Merchandise team to effectively manage supplier relationships
- Support vendor onboarding and execution of contracts, if required.

***Essential skills & experience required**:

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
- High attention to detail
- Good communication & negotiation skills
- Commercial & Strategic mindset
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft office suite
- Proven ability to work under pressure and meet time sensitive deliveries
- Team player

***Preferred skills but not essential**
- Advanced skills in data analytics working with complex data sets
- Demonstrated experience in developing and maintaining reports utilising data visualisation tools and software (e.g. Power BI, Tableau or equivalent)
- Demonstrated experience generating reports from SAP Business Intelligence (SAP BI)
