_**Are you our next Super Star HR Administrator?**_

We are looking for an outgoing and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a **HR Administrator**, to support our lively management team and staff, based in **Singleton NSW.**

**The Role**:
Suitable for someone wanting to advance their career within the Human Resource field, who enjoys problem solving and interacting with people in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same

You will be supporting all our functional departments while reporting to our Business Resource Manager. Customer Service is critical in this role, and you will need to autonomously manage multiple priorities and be motivated to get in and hit the ground running

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Create and manage the recruitment adverts on SEEK, Indeed and other Social Media Platforms.
- Scan applicants, phone check, set up and participate in interviews.
- Book and maintain field staff’s site inductions, White Cards, and Order 43 Medicals.
- Supporting the HR Officer when required.

**The $ and Hours/Days**
- $35 per hour
- 30 hours a week
- Tuesday to Friday - Negotiable

**Criteria**:

- Proven experience in Recruitment will be advantageous.
- Knowledge of Pegasus and Damstra systems is strongly desired.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an Administration role.
- Must have your own reliable vehicle and valid driving licence.
- Strong Customer Service skills and communication skills.
- Strong computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite).
- High level of initiative and problem-solving skills.
- Must have a sense of Humour

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Singleton, NSW: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
