A large freight forwarding company with a prescence in over 150 countries is on the hunt for an Export Sea Coordinator to join their growing exports team located in Mascot**The Role**

As the Export Sea Co-ordinator you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of clients, working in a fast-paced organisation. You will need to be able to prioritise deadlines, meet targets and KPI's and be a team player.- Receive/confirm bookings from shippers/agents or oversea branches.
- Arrange transport with relevant road carriers.
- Proficiently manage both FCL and LCL shipments. Confirm and book shipments with preferred carriers and register shipment in freight systems.
- Possess in-depth knowledge of FAK shipments and the ability to build FAK containers efficiently. Make informed decisions regarding co-loading options to optimise FAK shipments.
- Lodge EDN / PRA / VGM ensuring compliance.
- Produce all necessary export documentation.
- Source shipping rates and allocation of space from preferred shipping lines.
- Compliance to all relevant legislation, and company policies and procedures.
- 3-5 years relevant experience in seafreight forwarding.
- Proficiency in handling export declarations for Australian Customs
- IMO DG certification (preferred).
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficient in MS Office Applications and PC Skills
- Ability to work under pressure.
- In depth knowledge of export procedures
- Ability to work with deadlines.
