The opportunity:
AIA Vitality is a personalised, science-backed health and wellbeing program that supports you every day to make healthier lifestyle choices. The program incentivises you to move more, eat well and complete regular health checks.

The program is growing exponentially, and we are now searching for a talented Marketing Specialist to join the AIA Vitality team in either Melbourne or Sydney.

As the Marketing Specialist, you work with a close-knit and highly engaged team to support and implement the marketing strategy for the AIA Vitality program.

To do this successfully you will:
- Work with our partners to coordinate and implement marketing campaign programs- Provide marketing support for customer engagement activities- Own and coordinate the content, copy and collateral for the AIA Vitality monthly member eDM- Liaise with contracted agencies and other vendors to produce copy/content across multiple platforms- Create and update collateral, documents, and communications for the AIA Vitality Marketing team

You will be a talented marketing professional with experience working in a large and complex organisation preferably with exposure to B2C marketing. Experience working in the insurance or wider financial services industries will be highly regarded.

You are a natural communicator with the ability to manage and build effective relationships with a broad range of stakeholders. You can think on your feet, your attention to detail is second to none, you can manage priorities with ease.
