One of Melbourne’s best gastropubs, The Smith Prahran is focused on quality, offering a contemporary, produce-driven menu where simplicity equates to casual sophistication. Our team comprises some of Melbourne’s most respected hospitality professionals, each committed to providing a fun, memorable and entertaining experience.

We are searching for some casual floor and bar staff to join our team. Successful applicants will have prior experience across both floor and bar, be available weekends for our brunches as well as late nights on the weekends, have prior experience in a similar high-volume venue and have prior experience with cocktails, not just the basics

**Our Ideal New** **Team** **Members**:

- Bartenders: Minimum 1-year experience in a similar venue
- Prior cocktail experience is advantageous
- Have a love for hospitality and entertainment
- Must be available on **weekends** and for **late-night** finishes
- Enjoys working with others in a team environment whilst leading from the front
- Commitment to your career progression
- Good banter and know how to run a friendly and fun night
- **Essential requirements**:_
- Valid RSA
- Available for 10-20 hours per week including on the weekends

**Salary**: $27.00 - $38.00 per hour
