We are seeking a talented EHS Specialist to join the Programs team to be based in our Amberley site.

This is an exciting opportunity for a recent graduate or someone at the beginning of their journey in EHS to develop your career where you will be supported by a fantastic team of professionals who will give you the opportunity to shine.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Participating in the implementation of initiatives to sustain and improve WHS performance and conformance;
- Documenting hazards and controls and evaluating their effectiveness;
- Dissemination of safety material including Safety Bulletins, Hazard Alerts and communications;
- Assisting in the development of risk assessments and risk management documentation;
- Coordinating and performing WHS audits and workplace safety inspections;
- Participating in initiatives to improve safety through the Environmental Health and Safety Management Plan.

**Responsibilities will include**:

- Providing EHS guidance and support to internal customers;
- Proactively developing solutions to a variety of environmental, health and safety activities;
- Developing, implementing, maintaining and continuously improving EHS reporting systems.

**To be successful you will have**:

- Some experience or tertiary qualifications in Environment, Health & Safety or a related discipline;
- Risk management facilitation skills;
- Knowledge of relevant Environmental and Health & Safety legislation and regulations;
- Proactive, problem solving, energetic, team focused approach;
- Additional qualifications in auditing or conducting investigations are desirable but not essential;
