Civil Site Supervisor

**About the role**
As the main person on the ground for a civil project, organising the day to day, being prepared to work and train staff and see the project through to completion

**Key Responsibilities for the role**
- Ensure people, plan and tooling are allocated to each project to maximise efficiency and minimise down time
- Actively engage in the tender and estimation process when required
- Provide technical and planning guidance on projects allocated to you
- Communicate effectively with all staff and through any problem solving processes

**Skills & experience**
- Minimum 5 years' experience in Civil Construction
- Must have subdivision experience
- Ability to read and interpret engineering plans
- Willingness to work on the tools when required and support the team
- Willingness and ability to complete compliance documentation
- Strong communication skills
- Demonstrated experience in building clients relationships
