**Responsibilities**:

- Operation of baler and plant equipment
- Use of forklift to load and unload trucks and containers
- Some manual handling tasks including sorting of cardboard and removal of contamination.
- General upkeep and cleaning of balers and plant equipment
- Adherence to safety and all workplace policies and procedures

**Skills and experience**
- Forklift licence & experience is essential
- HR Licence desirable
- Basic machine operation experience
- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
- Can work 10-hour days with a 6am start.
