345 Art Creative is an innovative combination of art gallery and function venue, housed in a striking converted warehouse in accessible Mont Albert. This spacious modern setting, surrounded by outstanding contemporary Australian art, will be suitable for any occasion.

Our modern industrial art space is located in the heart of Mont Albert, surrounded by the lush greenery of Surrey Hills and Camberwell. This unique facility is a former steel workshop and was designed with a modern warehouse aesthetic. Our venue retains its original concrete floors and steel beams while incorporating an art gallery and details that add warmth and functionality to the space.
- **Café and hospitality goals**_

At 345 Art Creative, together with the café we aim to offer a much needed and vibrant space to inspire discovery, creativity and social connection. We hope that the café will become a much-loved local meeting place, as well as looking after the needs of visitors, staff and tenants of 345 AC and its programs, events and exhibitions.

We hope to collaborate with a contractor who sees the art center and its café as a community asset, and one that provides a unique business opportunity. In addition, we look to collaborate with a café operator who could provide simple catering and bar service for internal and external events, to maximize the impact and capitalize on these opportunities.

Our visitors see the café space as one and the same with 345 Art Creative center, so we want to ensure that the café contractor engages with and responds to the creative and cultural activities of the center.
- **The 345 Art Creative space**_

345 Art Creative houses an internal café space, storage space and a potential outside café seating area. The café includes state-of-the-art equipment - coffee machine, commercial dishwasher, display fridge, shelving, etc. The front entrance of the gallery takes our visitors straight to the café. The internal café seats approx. 40 people.
- **Expression of Interest**_

345 Act Creative is seeking expressions of interest for a barista/all rounder with previous experience behind the coffee machine. He or she will be required to handle a face paced service, whilst maintaining a good level of coffee art.

**Summary of role requirements**:

- 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role

**Salary**: From $25.00 per hour
