**What this opportunity involves**:
As the On-Site Handyman, you’ll be responsible for the overall upkeep of plant and facilities equipment, ensuring smooth daily operations for our valued, global life-sciences client through conducting regular inspections, briefings, technical recommendations and repairs.

**An Overview of the role**:
Upkeep of plant and facilities equipment to ensure daily operations run as smoothly as possible

Regular inspections of all equipment, equipment rooms and other facilities

Monitor problems as they occur and deliver responses in a timely manner

Provide technical recommendations to duty technicians when required

Front-line for maintenance needs, conducting repairs when needed

Liaising with vendors to complete maintenance work when required

Maintain adherence with local government rules and regulations

**Sounds like you? This is what we are looking for**:
Certifications in electrical/mechanical field

Experienced in a facilities/maintenance role

Strong communication skills, capable of engaging various stakeholders

Client centric

Skilled in carrying out general repairs and maintenance

Organisational and prioritisation skills
