**Your typical week will involve**:
- Setting up & adjusting the machines for print quality.
- Counting and checking-in garments so they are ready to print.
- Mixing and colour matching screen-printing inks.
- Cleaning and preparing screens for production.
- Operating t-shirt screen-printing and heat-press equipment.
- Loading and unloading garments in production, inspecting product and print quality for defects.
- Identifying quality variations and attention to detail of all final printed work.
- Participating in Production and Safety meetings.
- Maintaining consumables stock levels, completing stock takes as scheduled.
- Undertaking housekeeping and routine maintenance cleaning, maintaining and storing of tools and production equipment.
- Storing and packing of goods and materials in accordance with appropriate procedures.
- Basic troubleshooting of printing issues, and escalating issues as required.
This role will require you to be flexible in your approach to work, be highly organised to manage multiple projects at the one time, with a strong attention to detail.
**To be successful in the role you will have/be**:
- Practical experience in a manufacturing environment.
- An understanding of workplace health and safety.
- An understanding of quality control.
- Able to operate a computer/tablet.
- While not essential you might also have experience in Textile screen printing, manual or semi-automatic machine setup & operation; Screen preparation, cleaning and reclaim processes; Stencil making, exposure, wash out and make-ready; and/or Ink mixing to a recipe & visual colour matching.

**Salary**: Up to $65,000.00 per year
