**Veterinary Receptionist Opportunity**

We are looking for an experienced receptionist extraordinaire to join our wonderful team. This is an extremely important role as you will be the first point of contact with our clinic. **Your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to**:

- Handling incoming and outgoing communication
- Being the first point of contact with the clinic
- Scheduling appointments and procedures
- Maintaining a consistently high level of organisation and cleanliness in reception
- Implementing/improving on current client workflow, policies and procedures
- Accurately recording client and patient information within our IT systems
- Assistance with day-to-day duties within the clinic
- Reception or client care role experience (not necessarily in the veterinary field)
- Availability to work 38 hours, full time. (Hours flexible for right applicant)
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal
- Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and within a team
- Excellent time management and organizational skills

Training will be provided with our practice management system as well as general health care for animals (such as vaccinations and preventatives) to ensure you can fulfill the role to the best of your abilities.
